We love talking to people, because there’s no substitute for hearing what users think about your product or service from the users themselves. Designed as “structured conversations”, in our interviews we do our best to explore and understand the broader context of how users interact with your designs. From this it’s a hop, skip and a jump to creating Personas for your design team, or using the qualitative results of the interview to validate other metrics you’re tracking (like usability ratings).
